At Haydn Cutler in Fort Worth, he worked in commercial development, focusing on prominent and national retail chains. His time with Regency Centers in Dallas further expanded his proficiency in development, leasing, and management where he worked on multiple projects for grocery-anchored retail centers. Zach’s expert skillset includes financial analysis, creative leasing strategies, property acquisitions, dispositions, lease structures, and site selection.
