About Jon

Jon Stafford is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with approximately 25 years of experience completing approximately 1,500,000 SF of buying, selling, and leasing land, retail, office, and warehouse space.  Jon is known for his ability to generate sites for users, tenant procurement, negotiation skills, and getting transactions completed.  

Jon's career highlights include over 20 years as a Real Estate Manager at Brookshire Grocery Co., The Kroger Co., and The Fresh Market as well as a Franchise Real Estate Manager at United Franchise Group.  This extensive experience gives him a unique understanding of the corporate retail process from site selection to transaction completion as well as internal approval processes.  

With a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, Jon has a strong educational background to complement his extensive professional experience.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jon is an active member of his community and enjoys spending quality time with his family, outdoor activities, and participating in church and Bible study groups. He prides himself on providing excellent customer service, attention to detail, and ability to identify transactional challenges early in the process to ensure client satisfaction.
