Christopher Hargrave is an accomplished business executive who has spent many years in the sales industry and as a business owner prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent. 

Prior to getting into real estate, Christopher, an accomplished entrepreneur, owned and operated his own successful business in the concrete and construction industry and has extensive experience in commercial equipment sales. He is lauded by his colleagues and clients alike for his transparency, business ethics and clear communication style. 

Christopher’s ability to get the deal done and help his clients come out on the winning side is why so many commercial investors and business owners choose Chris when looking to buy, sell or lease a commercial property. Christopher has lived in the Lake Ray Hubbard area his entire life and is very familiar with the Rockwall, Garland, Rowlett, and surrounding areas – he has enjoyed seeing these areas grow and flourish over the years and is passionate about helping his clients grow and flourish as well, as he works to help them accomplish their own financial and real estate goals.

In his spare time, Christopher enjoys spending time with friends and family, and going fishing in Florida.
